1. How long will delivery take?
Production time for all products online is 5 working days from date of order being placed. From there the following shipping times listed below apply.

Note:
The listed shipping times are approximates only. No liability is accepted for late delivery by neither Digital Logic nor the road freight company. Transit times can vary without notification due to adverse weather and road conditions or unforseen large volume of freight to a specific destination or breakdown / unavailability of transport equipment (trucks / rail cars) and accidents.


2. What if my delivery is urgent?
If your order is urgent and requires possible express posting, please contact David Craig at Digital Logic on (03) 9555 5001. Please note that extra charges may apply to rush orders.


3. What delivery address should I put?
Street addresses should be used for deliveries.


4. Do I need to be present to accept deliveries?
Generally all items delivered during business hours will require a signature of acceptance. If there is no one to sign for the items, the courier company will take it back to the depot and you will have to arrange for a new delivery at your own expense.
